Announced as "Project Mojo" at an investor release on June 6, 2013, the M.O.J.O. was revealed with it's new name and look at E3 2013. The Mad Catz M.O.J.O. is a micro-console that was released on December 10, 2013. It launched with access to the Google Play store and an unmodified version of Android. The Discover Store came to the M.O.J.O. on June 24, 2014, as per the OUYA Everywhere initiative.

The M.O.J.O. comes with the Play Store, Discover Store, and Nividia Tegrastore. It also officialy supports Onlive and the Amazon Appstore. The M.O.J.O. has support for the Mad Catz GameSmart suite, allowing easy text entry, "touch" navigation, and other such features.

The M.O.J.O. comes with the C.T.R.L. (r) gamepad. It features 5 media buttons, a center "Catz" system button, start and select buttons, 4 A,B,X,Y buttons, a D-Pad, two analog sticks with press-down buttons, L and R bumpers, as well as L and R triggers.
